I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I have right to display and link to the completed project as part of my portfolio and to write about the project on any form of media (books, magazines, websites, ect.) that is related to the project and/or subject matter.

I retain the right to make REPRODUCTIONS OF ANY AND ALL ARTWORK I CREATE UNLESS THE BUYER HAS PURCHASED THE FULL OR PARTIAL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK (this is in addition to purchasing the original).

THE BUYER MAY NOT REPRODUCE THE ARTWORK IN ANY WAY WITHOUT MY WRITTEN PERMISSION AND HAS PURCHASED PARTIAL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK. The buyer has the right to display the artwork. However, the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission and has purchased partial rights to the artwork.

 

If the artwork ends up being reproduced, published or talked about in any form of media (books, magazines, websites, ect.)
